All of our classes at Aloha Yoga & Healing are designed to accomodate everyone's experience level, with modifications given for more difficult poses. However, for your convenience, we have grouped the classes into three categories:
Beginner (All Level), Intermediate, & Advanced.

Beginner (All Level) classes:
Gentle Yoga & Tea- Delight in an hour long open level hatha yoga flow followed by some delicious complimentary tea to be shared amongst good company. There isn't anything much better than a nice cup of tea with good company and a relaxing yoga practice. Stay after class for a couple minutes or stay for a while, but our guess is you’re going to want to stick around for a second cup of tea!
Gentle Flow- Perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this class is just as it sounds, nice and gentle. Fascia is connective tissue that runs through your entire body. If you never stretch, your fascia acts like shrink wrap and over time will make you feel very tight , tense and uncomfortable in your own skin. Luckily, we offer to you this gentle yoga flow that includes gently stretching every inch of your fascia, so your body will be happy and so will you !
Mellow Flow- Gentle Flow meets Restorative Relaxation. The first part of class is dedicated to a gentle flow with stretching, followed by restful restorative postures help to further relax your body. With a strong focus on body and breath awareness, you're able to comfortably unwind and melt away stress.
Restorative Relaxation- We can’t think of any better way to find complete relaxation. A restorative yoga practice encourages you to slow down and be mindful. Your nervous system will be soothed, heightening your body awareness and introspection. You will feel safe and nurtured as your mind and body transition from stress to calm. Hands on adjustments with calming essential oils further deepen your relaxation. We are sure that after you experience one class, you will make it part of your routine !

Yin-yasa : This class is a hybrid of yang (active yoga) with yin (passive yoga). We will begin with gentle yoga to build strength, warmth and flow with fundamental yoga postures while relieving stress and tension by connecting breath with mindful movements. Finishing with yin (or passive yoga) to create flexibility, mindfulness and softness to release the connective tissues, creating space and integrity in the joints and remove blockages to internal energy flow. Essential Oils will also help to further relax you. This is the perfect class to stretch, unwind and prepare yourself for a restful night of sleep
Yoga Unwind: An open-level class with an emphasis on stretching and opening the hips and shoulders, as we hold most of our stress there. Class ends with savasana iin a restorative pose with essential oils.
Aloha Yoga- Aloha is woven into this heart-opening yoga flow, so that you may feel the love, peace, kindness, grace, and compassion that is readily available within you. Living Aloha is to joyfully share life with others. This yoga class is meant to embody the meaning of Aloha. Yoga is more than just a physical exercise, it is a way of life. You will joyfully share your yoga practice with the other beautiful beings in the class, and feel amazing as a result !
Ocean Flow- Enjoy a mellow Hatha flow while also gaining strength and peace of mind. Have you ever sat at the ocean shore and watched the peaceful ebb and flow of the water? That calming fluidity of the Ocean can be found in this class. You will leave feeling as though you’ve spent an entire day relaxing at the beach.
Sunset Vinyasa- A relaxing yet challenging Vinyasa Flow in sync with the setting sun. Allow your body to melt away stress so you can go home to a restful slumber.
Stretch & Strengthen- In this class you will work on strengthening your body and follow up by stretching all of the muscle’s you’ve strengthened. It’s always important to stretch after you strengthen. This is what builds healthy, lean muscle, rather than tight, bulky, injury-prone muscle. When you stretch, you release built-up tension. The result: a healthy lean body and a relaxed mind.
Yin & Yang- A perfectly balanced yoga practice to penetrate deep into connective tissue while developing muscular strength, stamina, and flexibility. This class provides you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the remainder of your day.
Yoga Unwind w/ Essential Oils- Perfect way to end your work week. This blissful Hatha yoga flow will leave you feeling happy and relaxed after a long work week, setting the mood for a nice peaceful weekend ahead.
Sunrise Vinyasa-In this intermediate class, led with upbeat yet relaxing music, you will experience a flowing sequence of yoga poses that will strengthen the body, stretch and release tension, focus the mind and open to your highest potential. Great way to begin your day !
Sunrise Empower Hour- Start your day the empowered way ! This is AYAH’s version of “Power Hour.” A vigorous vinyasa flow accompanied by words of empowerment. You will be given your own personal positive affirmation or inspirational quote to guide you through class and take home with you to empower your day.
Yoga Pilates Fusion- Looking for a total body workout with some great stretching? Look no further, this is the class for you ! This class combines strengthening Pilates with stretchy yoga for the perfect balance of toning and lengthening.
Empowered Core Flow- This class ignites the fire element of the Solar Plexus, burning away belly fat and untamed egos. Your Solar Plexus, located just below your rib cage and above your navel, is your power chakra. This is where you draw your personal power, confidence, and willpower from. This class will give you personal empowerment and a healthy, lean core.
Tone & Tighten- Not only will this class tone & tighten your body, but it will help release all that built up tension, to leave you in a tranquil state of mind. Sometimes the simplest of movements result in the greatest gains, and this is certainly the case with planks. Plank is one of the best exercises for core conditioning, but it also works your glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, neck, biceps, chest, thighs and calves. Expect lots of plank holding and plank variations in our Tone & Tighten yoga class !
